What is your patient care philosophy?

My patient care patient care philosophy is providing quality, evidence-based patient-centered care that focuses on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools for chronic disease management and enhanced quality of life.

How does your work improve lives?

My work improves the lives of the surrounding communities by encouraging patient advocacy, educating patients on the foundations of their disease process and how their lifestyle choices influence such, and providing quality, empathetic care to patients with the greatest need.

What are some interesting facts about you?

My time away from work is spent living vicariously through my 13 and 15-year-old daughters; one of whom is an artist/musician and the other plays travel soccer. I also enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and his 3 autistic sons. When kid free, I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, or spending time at the beach.
