There are an estimated 4.5 million Agricultural workers and their families in this country, and only approximately 20% are being seen in Community and Migrant Health Centers. The majority of this special population reports not having health insurance and has not been accessing health care services. We can do better for these essential workers that contribute so much to our nation’s overall health, by being strategic and developing goals to serve more Agricultural Workers.

Sliding Fee Scale
At Central Florida Health Care, our mission is to serve as the premier patient centered medical home offering quality, affordable primary and preventive healthcare. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, CFHC is able to offer Sliding Fee Scale to qualified patients. Fees for uninsured or self-paying patients are determined by income and family size.
