Group Therapy Sessions
Group Therapy is offered through the United Way of Central Florida at CFHC’s Integrated Behavioral Health Center in Winter Haven. To qualify as a patient, you must be a Polk County resident, uninsured, and have a household income at or below the 200% poverty level guidelines.
*Sessions are weekly for 12 weeks
*Maximum of 15 patients or less per session
