What is your patient care philosophy?

My patient care philosophy is this; healthcare is a basic human right. Everyone deserves access to quality healthcare regardless of their financial status, racial/ethnic background, immigration status, or gender.

How does your work improve lives?

My work improves lives because every individual I touch has an impact on. Improving their quality of life, has potentially far-reaching effects as it’ll impact their family for generations to come. As a clinician, I pledge to always listen to my patients and make sure they receive compassionate care.

What are some interesting facts about you?

I love basketball and my heritage is Jamaican.

My favorite quote is from the bible, Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
