I believe in creating a partnership with patients and their families to provide evidence-based patient centered psychiatric care that is built on a foundation of equality, inclusion, dignity, and respect while encouraging continuity of care so that all patients can live their best life and reach their full potential.

I have worked in healthcare since I was eighteen years old, starting out as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Effective interdisciplinary management of mental illness decreases emotional distress while promoting overall health and wellness, promotes positive relationships impacting the family’s ability to make meaningful contributions to our community. Empowering people with the tools to achieve a higher level of happiness and truly enjoy life feeds my soul.

¿Cuáles son algunos datos interesantes sobre ti?

I am married with six beautiful children.  My husband is from the other side of the globe.  My oldest child is twenty-one and I have twins that are two years old.  I was born and raised in Polk County. I love anything that keeps my children engaged.  I like to be on the water as often as I can.
